We want to make sure our customers are in good hands and enable your Forever Devine designer garments to be received safely, that is why we only use the best couriers in the business.

Garments are always delivered using next day or first class signed for, in the Uk and express signed,

for our international customers which can also be tracked. ​

Garments to be returned to us in their original condition and packaging with all Forever Devine fashion labels still attached.

To return an item you MUST contact us by email or via phone within 7 days of receipt of garments.

Please ensure you send the goods back within 14 days so we can process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We advise to send by special delivery so the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

Bespoke designs cannot be returned but can be altered.

We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition,

 dependant on credit card type this can take up to 5-10 days to show on your statement.
